At ECMMA, our Kids BJJ & Kickboxing classes for ages 5-11 build confidence and discipline through engaging, one-hour workouts. These sessions teach martial arts techniques, promoting fitness, social skills, anti-bullying, self-defense, and boosting confidence. Join us to help your child excel on and off the mat!
